Hello. I think your action was correct (and surely appreciated), see meta:Special:WikiSets/7. Some weeks ago MarcoAurelio dropped a note on our Village Pump about the inclusion of this wiki in the global sysop policy. In fact more actions such as yours have been carried out in the meantime.
